1. Pre-reservation

As a first step, we offer you a non-binding verbal reservation (pre-reservation), during which we will not offer the apartment to anyone else and you can calmly decide within the next 3 days whether you are interested in the selected apartment. All without pressure and commitment.

2. Reservation agreement

Once you have made your final decision, you will sign the reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee of CZK 100,000, which will be deducted from the total purchase price later

3. Preliminary purchase agreement

On the agreed date, we sign the preliminary purchase agreement. You pay the next instalment of 15% of the purchase price, and we will prepare all the documents for the next step.

4. Purchase agreement

The remaining part of the purchase price is paid only after final approval – before signing the purchase agreement. After paying the full purchase price, we will sign the purchase agreement and transfer the apartment into your ownership in the land registry.
